Residential Reentry Center Resident Monitor I, full-time, in Tacoma, WA. Responsible for guiding residents through transition back to the community, ensuring facility safety and security, monitoring resident movement, conducting intake/discharge procedures, performing urinalysis and breath tests, pat-searches, contraband control, documenting disciplinary actions, supervising resident work details, coordinating with staff to promote risk reduction and successful reintegration, and maintaining accurate records with a focus on safety, compliance, and confidentiality.
