Job Summary
Monitor the site, manage strict entry/exit visitor logs, and conduct regular safety walk-throughs to ensure operational safety. Assist families with navigating community living guidelines, monitor curfews, and help maintain a clean, organized environment through light cleaning and tidying of shared spaces. Respond to resident needs and sensitive crisis situations with calm, professional control, utilizing conflict resolution and deescalation techniques. Maintain highly accurate, detailed daily shift logs and comprehensive incident reports, participating in structured handovers to ensure total team alignment. Interact with all residents, guests, and staff members with respect, cultural sensitivity, and professional boundaries. Requires a valid California driver's license, reliable auto transportation, and comfort with extended standing and navigating a dynamic environment.
Required Qualifications
