Job Summary
Monitor the custody, security, control, and maintenance of the facility and residents by observing, documenting, and ensuring accountability while enforcing rules and restrictions. Manage transactions regarding money, subsistence, medications, first-aid supplies, mail, visitors, and accountability checks. Assist Counselors with resident programming, including installing electronic monitoring equipment, visiting residents in homes or workplaces, and providing alcohol and urine surveillance testing. Conduct scheduled internal and external inspections of the premises to maintain health, safety, and sanitation standards. Perform general housekeeping duties such as dusting, polishing, vacuuming, and emptying trash. Follow all procedures, policies, and emergency drills outlined in the Statement of Work and Operations Manuals.
Required Qualifications
- Due to contractual obligations, applicants must identify as a FEMALE for this position.
- Possess a High School diploma or equivalent
- demonstrated ability to work with individuals and groups in both routine and emergencies
- Must have one year of paid work experience
- Will accept reassigned shifts without advanced notice
- Attend and participate in all required appointments/meetings
- Some meetings/appointments may be scheduled off-site
