Job Summary
Oversee day-to-day actions of recovery home residents, including conducting room checks and ensuring orientation to program rules. Collaborate with the Program Director and Care Managers to communicate resident needs and inform them of recovery progress. Assist with the intake and admission process while encouraging residents, including those with OUD, to attend recovery support and mutual aid groups. This role requires specific knowledge in mental health and substance use disorders, including opioids and medication-assisted treatment. Live on-site is an option and preferred. Hourly rate ranges from $23.10 to $27. Complete NARCAN certification upon hire.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED
- One (1) year of experience working with individuals with OUD/STUD
- Minimum of six months of recovery from substance use and/or mental health disorders
- Valid identification
- Must be able to pass a criminal background check
- Complete NARCAN Certification upon hire
