Job Summary
Provide a safe, secure, structured milieu by acting as a non-clinical resource for clients, delivering crisis intervention, active listening, and answers to non-clinical questions. Maintain appropriate written documentation and verbal reports on client activity and behavior while performing administrative tasks such as chart reviews, phone answering, and filing. Transport clients to offsite meetings and activities as needed, and facilitate required groups and structured activities. Participate in monthly individual supervision, all required training programs, and a 30-minute shift change including shift reports and key transfers. Ensure client confidentiality and maintain professional boundaries within a positive, pro-social, drug-free environment.
Required Qualifications
- 21 years old
- high school graduate or equivalent
- Take all steps and precautions possible to maintain and ensure client confidentiality
- Maintain appropriate professional boundaries when interacting with clients and fellow co-workers
- Maintain all necessary documentation as required with our policies and Procedures
- Embrace the mission, vision, and beliefs, and support a positive, pro-social, drug-free environment for our clients
