Resident Monitor (7am-7pm)

Job Summary
Provide a safe, secure, structured milieu by acting as a non-clinical resource for clients through crisis intervention, active listening, and answering non-clinical questions. Maintain appropriate written documentation and reports on client activity, perform administrative tasks like chart reviews and filing, and transport clients to offsite meetings. Facilitate required groups and structured activities while participating in monthly supervision and all training programs. Complete a 30-minute shift change with verbal reports and key transfers. Work the day shift from 7am to 7pm in our Cincinnati location. Join our team to help individuals overcome behavioral health challenges and promote mental wellness.
Required Qualifications
- 21 years old
- high school graduate or equivalent
- active driver's license
- clean driving record
- ability to maintain and ensure client confidentiality
- ability to maintain appropriate professional boundaries when interacting with clients and fellow co-workers
- ability to maintain all necessary documentation as required with our policies and Procedures
- ability to embrace the mission, vision, and beliefs, and support a positive, pro-social, drug-free environment for our clients
