Job Summary
Provide medication administration and treatments for residents in a senior living community; monitor responses, manage records, adhere to infection-control policies, and collaborate with staff; requires 6 months to 1 year resident-care experience and high school diploma; shifts include 10:00 p.m.–6:00 a.m., 2:00 p.m.–10:00 p.m., and 6:00 a.m.–2:00 p.m. with a 4 days on/2 days off rotation including weekends and holidays; opportunities for advancement and cross-training; benefits include health/dental/vision, life insurance, paid time off, 401(k), and referral bonuses.
Required Qualifications
- 6 months to 1 year of prior resident care experience, preferably with seniors
- Certified Medication Aide preferred. Hourly rate higher if state certified.
- High School diploma or G.E.D.
- Ability to communicate effectively with residents and colleagues.
- Must be willing to undergo a routine background check.
