Job Summary
Resident Medication Assistant provides medication administration support and daily care to residents. Responsibilities include verifying resident recognition of medications, ensuring MAR/EMAR alignment, assisting with activities of daily living, helping with lifting/moving/transporting residents, orienting new residents to the facility, and supporting meal service and housekeeping tasks. Must assist with documentation and communicate any changes in condition to supervisor. Education background includes a High School diploma or equivalent preferred; prior resident/patient care experience is preferred. Shifts available: 3P-11P and 11P-7A.
