Job Summary
Execute digital media buying and planning across Google, Meta, TikTok, Trade Desk, and Amazon. Real-time optimization of live media to meet or exceed client goals; monitor pacing and performance; deliver pacing reports, campaign builds, and ad-hoc analyses; manage media investment daily, weekly, and quarterly with budget allocation; collaborate with supervisors to develop platform strategies and audience targeting; present performance insights and recommendations to clients. Requires advanced Excel/Sheets skills and familiarity with major platforms (Social: Meta, Snapchat, TikTok, Pinterest, LinkedIn; Google: YouTube, Search, Display; Amazon DSP; Programmatic Display/Video: The Trade Desk, DV360; CTV/OTT: Roku, Hulu). Hybrid role with 3-4 days on-site at NYC HY office, 40 hours/week, 9am-6pm ET. Exact compensation varies by skills/location. Employer-sponsored benefits including 401k match and health coverage. Required Qualifications

- Base Salary $18—$20 USD
- Experience with media buying platforms (Google, Meta, TikTok, Trade Desk, Amazon DSP)
- Advanced Excel or Google Sheets skills (pivot tables, V-Lookups)
- Strong problem-solving mindset and data-driven approach
- Highly organized with ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
- Collaborative team player
- Exposure to Google Analytics, MOAT, IAS, Nielsen is nice to have
- Hybrid on-site in New York City
