Job Summary
Convert telephone and office walk-in prospects to leases while maintaining and increasing occupancy. Respond to inquiries for current residents, perform lease administration including renewals and applications, and set up lease files. Establish a retention program and manage a maintenance staff to ensure positive tenant relations. Monitor traffic via guest cards and logs, assist in marketing, and prepare reports. Communicate daily activity and ideas to the Senior Property Manager to promote leasing results. Comply with all reporting requirements and maintain curb appeal.
