Job Summary
Oversee daily operations of Canyon Terrace Apartments as the primary tenant contact, addressing concerns and ensuring property management aligns with company policies and budget guidelines. Assist with leasing activities by processing applications and managing lease renewals, while coordinating maintenance requests and collaborating with vendors for timely repairs. Perform groundskeeping duties including landscaping and snow removal, and clean and maintain common areas to assist with unit turnovers. This role supports individuals in need at this nonprofit's affordable housing community in Nampa, ID.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Valid driver's license
- Must be able to pass pre-employment drug screen and criminal background check
Desired Qualifications
- Previous experience in property management, leasing, or customer service
- basic record-keeping and computer skills
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to maintain professionalism in a fast-paced environment
