Resident Manager

Resident Manager to supervise building staff, assign and coach work, hire and take disciplinary actions; diagnose and repair building systems (HVAC, electrical, plumbing, major appliances, carpentry, emergency systems, etc.); coordinate repairs and preventive maintenance with the management and maintenance team; conduct regular safety inspections and address hazards; inspect mechanical systems daily and address issues with management; provide excellent customer service to residents and act as a responsive point of contact for maintenance inquiries; assist in preparing staff work plans, preventive maintenance schedules, daily rounds, and inventory management; perform routine preventative maintenance with supervision; maintain workplace safety policies; perform move-out inspections; report on incidents and management activities; collaborate with construction and development departments; submit daily recaps to upper management; perform other duties as assigned; hybrid work schedule (4 days in office, 1 day remote) depending on location.
