Job Summary
The Resident Manager is responsible for leading the team and serving as the primary point of contact for staff, guests, and external partners. Key responsibilities include recruiting, onboarding, and developing team members, managing budgets and financial forecasting, ensuring compliance with legal regulations, optimizing processes, and maintaining the hotel's quality standards. Candidates must have vocational training in hospitality, extensive operational leadership experience, excellent communication skills, and a hands-on mentality.
Required Qualifications
- Completed vocational training in hospitality or gastronomy
- Experience in an operational leadership position in lifestyle hospitality or gastronomy
- Fluent in German and English
- Charismatic leadership presence and ability to work as a team player
Desired Qualifications
- Good knowledge of POS, PMS systems
- Ability to manage and develop a team
- Strong interpersonal skills in communication and interaction
