Job Summary
Collect rent, make bank deposits, prepare and submit rent rolls, and verify income for the Meheula Vista I-IV affordable housing community. Comply with HUD, TCAC, DFEH, and ADA regulations while maintaining the waiting list, processing leases, and submitting vouchers for HUD properties. Supervise on-site staff of three or more, process evictions, conduct annual inspections, and coordinate repairs. Manage daily operations to ensure fiscal, physical, and social soundness of the 300-unit site. Full-time onsite role in Milalani, HI; requires valid driver's license and REL license within nine months.
Required Qualifications
- 2+ years of affordable housing property management experience
- Knowledge of HUD, TCAC, DFEH and ADA guidelines
- Ability to develop and implement budgets and variance reports
- Skills in resident problem solving and staff management
- Must be able to live onsite
- Must have valid DL
- Must have REL license or willing to obtain one within 9 months of hire
- Must pass criminal background check and fingerprinting requirements
