Job Summary
Manage the day-to-day operations of Wilder Vista and Artesian Vista properties, ensuring fiscal, physical, and social soundness. Collect rent, process bank deposits, prepare rent rolls, and verify income. Maintain waiting lists, process leases, and supervise on-site staff while coordinating repairs and conducting annual inspections. Comply with HUD, TCAC, DFEH, and ADA regulations, including submitting vouchers for HUD properties and processing evictions. Requires a valid DL, clean DMV record, and a REL license. Full-time role with competitive hourly pay ranging from $21.49 to $38.59.
Required Qualifications
- 1+ years of affordable housing property management experience
- Knowledge in HUD, TCAC, DFEH and ADA guidelines
- Valid DL
- Clean DMV record
- REL license or willingness to obtain one within 9 months of hire
- Ability to Develop and Implement Budgets and Variance Reports
- Skills in Resident Problem Solving and Staff Management
- Must pass criminal background check
- Must pass drug testing
