Job Summary
Resident Manager I for a 29-unit disabled special needs housing community in Anaheim, CA. Oversees day-to-day site operations including rent collection, processing of leases and vouchers, maintaining waiting lists, ensuring HUD/TCAC/ADA compliance, supervising on-site staff, handling evictions, coordinating annual inspections and repairs, and budget/variance reporting. Requires 3+ years of affordable housing property management, a current California Real Estate License, and knowledge of HUD, TCAC, DFEH and ADA guidelines. Salary range: $23.75-$42.65 per hour. This full-time role supports a Tax Credit/PSH property with housing provided. Criminal background checks and drug testing are part of the employment process.
Required Qualifications
- 3+ Year of Affordable Housing Property Management Experience
- Must have a current CA Real Estate License
- Knowledge of HUD, TCAC, DFEH and ADA Guidelines
