Job Summary
Oversee move-in readiness and renewal activities, coordinate with Sales Leadership and Support Services, manage resident communications and packages, and drive a positive resident experience. Responsibilities include leading move-in procedures and inspections, conducting post-move communications, managing the Work Order process with the Service Manager, monitoring monthly invoices and operating budgets, supporting sales efforts through Funnel CRM and unguided tours, and performing administrative tasks related to make-ready, move-out schedules, and resident programs. Strong emphasis on customer satisfaction, teamwork with cross-functional groups, and proficiency with Microsoft Office 365 and property-management tech.
Required Qualifications
- 2-3 years sales experience in a retail, hospitality, or multi-family environment
- Microsoft Office skills
- Experience working in a multifamily environment and/or property management operations
- Undergraduate degree preferred
- Knowledge of Funnel CRM
