Resident Manager

Resident Manager responsible for safety and security checks across outpatient grounds, de-escalation in behavioral incidents, prompt reporting of safety concerns, and completing required documentation. Responsibilities include conducting regular rounds to identify hazards, responding calmly to crises using trauma-informed approaches, monitoring building access, documenting incidents and observations, conducting wellness checks as assigned, maintaining confidentiality and HIPAA compliance, knowing fire and disaster procedures, and upholding standards of behavior. Demonstrates teamwork, integrity, compassion, and effective communication while ensuring a safe, respectful environment for residents, visitors, and staff; collaborates with patients, families, staff, and physicians; maintains professionalism and participates in required trainings.
