Resident Manager Floater (Oahu)

Manage the site to ensure effective fiscal, physical, and social soundness by collecting rent, making bank deposits, preparing rent rolls, and verifying income. Comply with HUD, TCAC, or other regulations while maintaining waiting lists, processing leases, and supervising on-site staff. Handle evictions, conduct annual inspections, coordinate repairs, and submit vouchers for HUD properties. This full-time floating position requires 1+ years of affordable housing property management experience, a valid driver's license, and a REL license or willingness to obtain one within nine months. Salary ranges from $26.60 to $42.75 per hour.
