Job Summary
The Full-time Resident Manager at Community Corp. is responsible for managing assigned properties effectively, ensuring resident satisfaction, and addressing issues that arise on-site. This role requires interacting regularly with tenants and staff, conducting compliance with housing laws, and performing various administrative tasks related to property management. The position is ideal for candidates with experience in affordable housing programs.
Required Qualifications
- At least two years’ experience as an onsite resident manager with affordable housing programs and leasing experience
- Must possess and maintain a valid California driver’s license, insurance as required by law and an acceptable driving record
Desired Qualifications
- Certification to lease properties financed with low income housing tax credits preferred
- Experience working with LAHD, LAHSA and CES is highly preferred
