Job Summary
Manage the health, comfort, and safety of customers at Forest City Estates by living on-site and handling all maintenance, cleaning, and snow removal tasks. Collect rent, process paperwork on a tablet, and conduct inspections of vacant suites while ensuring contractors arrive on schedule. Respond to emergencies, noise complaints, and after-hours calls during on-call rotations outside scheduled hours. Minimize vacancies and meet net operating income targets through resident service, lease management, and showings. Maintain accurate inventory and deliver bank deposits while adhering to all administrative guidelines.
Required Qualifications
- Must live on-site
- Successful applicants must have a flexible schedule and be available to respond to all on-call needs outside of regular business hours
- Must have a valid G driver's license and vehicle
- Offers of employment will be contingent on satisfactory Security Background Checks, Reference Checks, and Pre-employment Physical Testing where applicable
Desired Qualifications
- 2 years Customer Service Experience preferred
- Post-Secondary Education is an asset
- Familiarity with computer tablets is an asset
- Ability to learn and adapt quickly to changing systems and new technology
- Strong commitment to providing excellent customer service

- Ability to spend up to eight hours walking, standing, climbing stairs, lifting
- Ability to maneuver or lift up to 10kg with the proper equipment
- Computer experience is required with web-based programs preferred
