Job Summary
Resident Manager to oversee a portfolio of single-family homes, foster positive resident relationships, drive lease renewals and new leases, conduct move-out reconciliations, assess damages and charges per state laws, implement collection strategies to minimize evictions/delinquencies, represent the company at eviction hearings, and monitor HOA compliance. Requires a High School Diploma/GED (Bachelor’s preferred), 3+ years in property operations/real estate, Real Estate License and state-permit compliance, strong MS Office and property management software skills, and excellent communication and negotiation abilities.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma/GED required.
- Bachelor’s degree in real estate, finance, business management, or a related field preferred.
- Minimum of three (3) years of directly related experience in Property Operations, Real Estate, or Property Management preferred.
- Real Estate License and any permits/certifications required by state’s real estate commission to engage in property management.
- Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) required.
- Experience with property management software a plus.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong tenant relationship management and negotiation skills.
