Job Summary
Two-person live-in Resident Manager team sought for a Halifax, NS property. Responsibilities include checking life safety systems and fire log book, inspecting boiler/electrical rooms and grounds, cleaning common areas and vacant suites, handling rental payments and banking, coordinating trades and contractors, updating maintenance schedules, processing correspondence, tenant communications, inspections, and notices, and delivering P.O.s for work. Must have cleaning/maintenance and customer service skills, ability to work in a team, and operate in a full-time role with apartment and health benefits, plus training and career development.
