Resident Maintenance Senior AGV/LGV Technician

Job Summary
Coordinate and schedule corrective and reactive maintenance on assets using the CMMS, ensuring completion of work orders transferred from other shift leadership teams. Troubleshoot LGV/AGV systems and vehicles within the facility, manage parts requests with the customer's support team, and perform root-cause analysis on asset failures to prevent reoccurrence. Conduct training on equipment operation, safety, and recovery for LTS RM techs and customers, while collaborating with internal teams on metric reporting for equipment status. Work requires on-call hours including weekends, nights, and holidays. Must possess a valid driver's license, ability to lift 50 lbs, and read blueprints and schematics.
Required Qualifications
- 2-5 years' experience in at least 4 of the following areas: Software Development, and troubleshooting preferably logistics related
- Controls Development, and troubleshooting preferably on conveyor or similar equipment
- AMR, AGV, SDV installation, configuration, and service
- Mechanical installation and integration, preferably on high automation projects
- Client service and troubleshooting
- Team Leadership
- Parts management
- Project Management
- Must have a valid driver's license and safe driving record
- Ability to read blueprints, schematics and wiring diagrams to extract necessary technical information
- PC Computer software and hardware literate and Basic computer networking skills
- Must be a self-starter, well organized, and be able to work independently without on-site supervision
- Ability and willingness to work on-call hours, including weekend, night, and holiday work
- Ability to lift, lower, and carry objects up to 50 lbs., work from heights, climb ladders, and work in confined spaces
- Work requires correctable vision, the ability to identify and distinguish colors, depth perception, eye-hand coordination, and manual dexterity
- Vocational school, related military experience, or job experience equivalent accepted
