Job Summary
Design, create, and coordinate daily life enrichment activities for active residents, including leading social, educational, and outdoor outings. Facilitate games, exercise classes, and special events while engaging residents one-on-one and in group settings. Support the Resident Lifestyle Director by managing monthly newsletter coordination, documenting outcomes, and assisting with event decorations. Ensure resident safety during external trips, including driving the company vehicle for outings. Review goals and progress notes as needed.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Availability to work flexible shifts, including weekends and holidays
Desired Qualifications
- At least 6-12 months of relevant experience working with seniors, leading life enrichment activities, is preferred
