Job Summary
Design, create, and coordinate daily life enrichment activities for active residents to promote their physical, mental, emotional, and social well-being. Engage residents one-on-one and in group settings while leading social, religious, educational, exercise, and outdoor outings. Facilitate games, art, music, trips, and special events, ensuring safety during external reservations and documenting outcomes. Support the Resident Lifestyle Director by coordinating the monthly newsletter, reviewing progress notes, and assisting with holiday decorations. Requires high school diploma, 6-12 months senior experience, and availability for flexible shifts including weekends and holidays.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Availability to work flexible shifts, including weekends and holidays
Desired Qualifications
- At least 6-12 months of relevant experience working with seniors, leading life enrichment activities, is preferred
