As the key point of contact for residents, you will engage with residents through newsletters, meetings, visits, and open days; keep residents informed of works, processes, and updates; provide excellent customer care and aftercare; manage expectations and communications between residents, clients, and operations teams; handle challenging situations with empathy and professionalism.
