Resident Liaison Officer

Job Summary
Engage directly with residents through newsletters, meetings, and site visits to communicate work processes and update them on changes. Coordinate key handovers to site teams and manage customer aftercare to ensure works are completed satisfactorily while balancing resident expectations with client and operations teams. Act as a visible point of contact for customers, maintaining discretion and respect in public-facing situations while managing difficult scenarios with confidence. Hold a full driving licence and demonstrate resilience under pressure. This role supports United Infrastructure's mission to revitalise homes and communities through net zero retrofit and property maintenance services.
Required Qualifications
- Full driving licence
- Experience working for a Contractor
- Experience in a client-side resident liaison role
- Experience in community engagement
- Experience within planned maintenance
- Experience within reactive maintenance
- Experience within asset management
- Resilience under pressure
- Understanding of the need for discretion
- Understanding of the need for respect in a public facing role
- Ability to manage sometimes difficult situations
- Natural excellent communication skills
- Ability to work collaboratively with a range of stakeholders
Desired Qualifications
- Master's degree preferred
