Job Summary
Resident Liaison Officer role in Carlisle, Cumbria supporting social housing projects. Responsibilities include liaising with residents about works, contacting neighbourhood housing associations to establish working relations, chairing tenant forum meetings to advise tenants on works, monitoring customer complaints and resolving issues, and monitoring customer satisfaction. Ideal candidate will have experience in social housing or customer service with residents/leaseholders; must be an excellent communicator with strong interpersonal skills, able to work independently and as part of a team, possess strong organizational skills, and be proficient with Microsoft Word and Excel.
