Job Summary
Provide high-touch support to residents and property managers regarding the Second Nature Insurance program, including coverage details, claim status, and lease compliance requirements. Guide users through the claims process, coordinate with adjusters, and compile documentation for accurate submissions. Assist clients with establishing legal business entities, managing license renewals, and ensuring regulatory compliance across multiple jurisdictions. Use Salesforce, Slack, and internal tools to document interactions, escalate issues, and identify trends for process improvements. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance the customer experience while maintaining service level agreements.
Required Qualifications
- Active Property & Casualty (P&C) insurance licenses in good standing
- 3+ years as a licensed insurance agent
- Exceptional attention to detail
- Commitment to data accuracy
- Familiarity with state registration processes
- Familiarity with compliance filings
- Familiarity with document management systems
- Strong communication skills
- Problem-solving skills

- Proficiency with Salesforce
