Job Summary
Provide thorough consultations, haircuts, styling, chemical treatments, and related services tailored for senior residents. Maintain a clean, sanitary salon space in compliance with health standards. Educate residents on age-appropriate hair care and maintenance practices. Stay up to date on classic and current hair techniques for mature hair, including perms, roller sets, and teasing. Build meaningful relationships with residents and families while maintaining a warm, professional presence. This Part-Time role offers a generous sign-on bonus and 50% commission-based pay, with no nights or weekend hours. Requirements include a Current Cosmetology License and a minimum of 3 years of licensed experience (experience with senior clientele preferred). Benefits include 401k (company match) after 1 year.
