Job Summary
Provide thorough consultations, haircuts, styling, chemical treatments, and related services tailored for senior residents. Maintain a clean, sanitary salon space in accordance with health standards and State Board Guidelines. Educate residents on age-appropriate hair care and maintenance. Stay up to date on classic and current hair techniques for mature hair (perms, roller sets, teasing). Build meaningful relationships with residents and their families, delivering compassionate, patient care and a warm, professional presence. No nights or weekend hours; 50% commission-based pay; 401k with company match after the first year; sign-on bonus available. Comfortable, meaningful role focused on dignity, connection, and confidence for seniors.
Required Qualifications
- Current Cosmetology License (required)
- Minimum of 3 years’ licensed experience in cosmetology.
