Resident Hair Specialist/Licensed Cosmetologist

Provide hair services for senior residents including haircuts, styling, chemical treatments, and related services with a focus on dignity and compassionate care. Conduct thorough consultations, tailor services to mobility and comfort, educate residents on age-appropriate hair care, and stay up-to-date on techniques for mature hair (perms, roller sets, teasing). Maintain a clean, sanitary salon space in line with health standards and State Board Guidelines. Build meaningful relationships within the community with a warm, professional presence. Part-time role with no nights or weekend hours and a 50% commission-based pay structure; 401k eligible after 1 year. Requires a current cosmetology license and at least 3 years of licensed experience; experience with senior clientele preferred.
