Job Summary
Gain exposure to departmental operations and maintain daily functions at an ASC facility or local office while completing up to three 2-3 month enterprise rotations. Receive support from experienced executive leaders and preceptors through various rotations, attend leadership meetings, and collaborate with support services within SCA Health. Learn, contribute, and lead within your chosen residency track by seeking project work and delegating opportunities based on enterprise needs. Obtain broad knowledge of healthcare strategies, business management, and value-based leadership across corporate and facility levels. This full-time, paid one-year program offers immersive experience for the 2027-2028 cohort, with travel required up to 25%.

Desired Qualifications
- Graduate of a CAHME or AACSB accredited MHA/MSHA/MHSA program preferred
- Possess a comprehensive knowledge of healthcare business management and operations, including an understanding of clinical practice management and a foundation for healthcare finances
- Possess drive, ambition, and eagerness to learn
- Strong organizational and time management skills
