Job Summary
Resident Experience Specialist focused on leasing and resident services across multiple Build-to-Rent communities. Responsible for daily marketing, administrative and financial operations, processing lease applications, coordinating with the Centralized Screening Specialist, and delivering excellent customer service to prospective tenants, current residents, and staff. Must be proficient with property management software, honor Fair Housing guidelines, stay informed on promotions and incentives, manage move-in/move-out tasks, and support hybrid operations across several sites. Requires strong communication, organizational skills, and willingness to travel locally to multiple properties; typically 9am-6pm with flexibility including weekends.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma/GED
- Ability to travel a minimum of 60%
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Intermediate computer knowledge/office equipment skills
- Previous experience in a customer-facing/customer service role
- Strong understanding of Fair Housing guidelines, Policy/Procedures, and leasing documents
- State leasing license or ability to obtain the required license(s) within the timeframe required by law
