Resident Experience Manager - Entrada Real

Oversee the entire office team and all community assistants to deliver an exceptional resident experience by managing leasing, marketing, and administrative operations from prospective resident to lease renewal. Recruit, hire, train, and develop direct reports while conducting performance evaluations and collaborating on compensation adjustments. Direct marketing efforts, audit the website, and manage administrative needs including scheduling, payroll, deposits, and incident reports. Partner with the Service Manager on budget performance, property maintenance, and financial oversight, while ensuring consistent communication with university partners. Resolve resident conflicts, oversee rent collection and eviction processes, and represent the property at resident functions. Manage key control and execute action plans based on resident feedback surveys.
