Resident Experience Director

Develop the resident experience strategy and calendar, aligning initiatives to health, engagement, and retention goals. Oversee hospitality standards, first impressions, transportation, and the Homecoming onboarding program while managing budgets and inventory. Hire, train, and coach the Resident Experience team, collaborating with Sales/Marketing and vendors to deliver best-in-class programming that reflects the Revel brand. Serve as Manager on Duty as needed. This role requires 3+ years in program development and 1+ year of leadership, with a focus on creating transformative experiences for residents at Revel Communities.
