Job Summary
Manage field inspection teams and enforce contract plans for highway, bridge, and infrastructure projects while overseeing safety, traffic control, and daily contract administration. Direct on-site construction staff, monitor work zone compliance with OSHA regulations, and review construction quantities and payrolls. Handle change orders, evaluate claims, and process monthly payment estimates while acting as the liaison between the agency, design teams, contractors, and utility companies. Requires NICET Level IV certification or 10+ years of heavy highway construction management experience. Required Qualifications
- NICET Level IV certification
