Job Summary
Manage field inspection teams and enforce contract plans for highway, bridge, and infrastructure projects while overseeing safety, traffic control, and daily contract administration. Direct on-site construction staff, monitor work zone compliance with OSHA regulations, and review construction quantities to track change orders and monthly payment estimates. Liaise between the agency, design teams, contractors, and utility companies to ensure strict adherence to client specifications and DBE workforce goals. Requires NICET Level IV certification or 10+ years of heavy highway construction management experience. Required Qualifications
- NICET Level IV certification
