Job Summary
Site monitoring and acceptance control; oversee on-site laboratory; compiling and approving quantities for payment; recording meeting minutes; apply contractual restrictions and penalties; weekly conversations with the Employer’s Agent in terms of conditions and progress on site; reporting line for the Assistant Employer's Agent Representative (EAR) and Senior Materials Technician (SMT); must possess engineering degrees (B.Eng, BSc.Eng, or B.Tech.Eng) and professional registration (Pr.Eng or Pr.Tech.Eng); minimum 10 years of site monitoring pavement construction; working knowledge of GCC 2015 (3rd edition) and GCC 2025 (4th Edition), and Colto (1998); proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Projects).
Required Qualifications
- Be in posession of B.Eng, BSc.Eng or B.Tech.Eng.
- Professional registration: Pr.Eng or Pr.Tech.Eng
- Minimum 10 years (Site monitoring pavement construction).
