Job Summary
Resident Engineer - Mechanical responsible for professional project management on engineering/construction projects at client site and facilities; coordinates with client representatives, property/facility management, consultants, and construction teams; develops and maintains master project budgets and timelines; prepares reports and drawing reviews across concept, design development, and construction phases; oversees requisitions and change orders, contract oversight, and invoicing; supports service marketing to clients; ensures compliance with government laws, building codes and safety regulations; maintains high standards of work performance and keeps up to date in the field; requires leadership and organizational skills for supervising project teams and delivering tenant improvements.
Required Qualifications
