Job Summary
Monitor continuously the performance and availability of the pneumatic tube system installation. Execute preventive and corrective maintenance to ensure reliable transport of medications and blood samples. Rapidly analyze and resolve disruptions to minimize impacts on care processes. Coordinate multi-year maintenance and upgrades while overseeing planning, quality, and documentation compliance with GMP, ISO, and hospital guidelines. Act as the primary contact for medical staff and technical stakeholders, training personnel on efficient system usage. Identify improvement opportunities and advise on optimizations. Coordinate with external suppliers and internal technical teams. This role combines technical expertise, coordination, and collaboration within a specialized two-person team at Erasmus MC.
Required Qualifications
- Een afgeronde technische opleiding (bijv. elektrotechniek, mechatronica)
- Ervaring met onderhoud en storingsanalyse van technische installaties
- Brede technische kennis (mechanisch, elektrotechnisch en bij voorkeur IT/PLC)
- Een zelfstandige, proactieve en oplossingsgerichte werkhouding
- Sterke communicatieve vaardigheden en klantgerichtheid
- Goede beheersing van de Nederlandse taal én Engelse taal (spreken en schrijven)
- Nauwkeurigheid en gevoel voor werken binnen gereguleerde omgevingen
Desired Qualifications
- Ervaring in ziekenhuizen of kritische infrastructuren
