Resident Engineer – Iconic / Interchange / Special Stations

Resident Engineer responsible for all planning aspects of a project, maintaining project engineering records, monitoring weekly reports for accuracy, and developing quality control procedures. Demonstrated proficiency in managing and supervising construction projects, with in-depth knowledge of engineering, building, construction, and design specifications. Coordinate permits/NOCs and perform site inspections for civil construction materials; review shop drawings and ensure compliance with safety standards and the UAE Building Code. Excellent project management, leadership, and communication skills; proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, GIS, AutoCAD, and related software. Able to manage multiple construction projects at various lifecycle stages, assess and present survey data to stakeholders, and suggest design and process improvements to enhance performance and efficiency. Requires a Bachelor’s degree in civil or structural engineering or construction/industrial buildings and 12-15 years of UAE-based construction experience; role described as a Construction Supervision Consultant with responsibilities spanning planning, documentation, compliance, and collaboration with management to align activities with business outcomes.
