Job Summary
Represent owner on construction sites while conducting and documenting project meetings with clients and contractors. Manage field personnel, negotiate change orders, and respond to RFIs. Prepare proposals, monitor schedules and budgets, and issue reports. Approve quantities for payment and resolve technical issues. Lead risk management assessments and prepare quality control plans. Perform constructability reviews and value engineering studies. This role requires a Bachelor's in Engineering or Construction Management, with CCM and PE licensure preferred. Experience with Primavera P6 and MS Office is essential. Must possess a driver's license. Full-time position with hybrid work options and incentive compensation.
Required Qualifications
- Must possess a driver's license to fulfill the essential functions of the position
- GFT does require the successful completion of a criminal background check for all advertised positions
Desired Qualifications
- Bachelor's in Engineering or Construction Management preferred
- CCM preferred
- California Professional Engineer (PE) preferred
- Experience with Primavera P6 preferred
- 10-hour OSHA Safety course preferred
- Proficiency with MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook)
- Good oral and written communication skills
