Resident Engineer

Supervise construction activities and monitor contractor performance on site while ensuring compliance with approved drawings, specifications, quality standards, and contractual obligations. Review and approve contractor submissions including work programmes, method statements, materials, and shop drawings. Monitor construction progress, verify quantities and site measurements, and support the evaluation of claims, variations, and extension of time requests. Coordinate with contractors, airport operators, government authorities, and other stakeholders to maintain accurate site records and prepare progress and technical reports. Ensure adherence to occupational health & safety standards and environmental safeguards. Support testing, commissioning, defect rectification, and project close-out activities. Requires a Bachelor's in Civil or Construction Engineering with minimum 10 years of infrastructure supervision experience under FIDIC conditions.
