Resident Engineer - Architecture

Job Summary
Supervise and monitor architectural works on-site to ensure compliance with approved drawings, specifications, and quality standards. Coordinate with project managers, consultants, contractors, and subcontractors to ensure smooth project execution, while reviewing shop drawings, material submittals, and method statements. Conduct regular site inspections to resolve technical and quality-related issues, monitor progress for timely completion, and prepare technical reports to support project handover. Collaborate with structural, MEP, and multidisciplinary teams for seamless delivery. Requires a Bachelor's in Architecture or Architectural Engineering with 10–15 years of experience in residential, commercial, hospitality, or mixed-use projects.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Architecture or Architectural Engineering
- 10–15 years of experience in Architectural Site Supervision or Resident Engineering
- Strong experience in residential, commercial, hospitality, or mixed-use projects
- Solid knowledge of architectural drawings, construction methods, and finishing works
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, and Microsoft Office
- Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
