Resident Engagement Specialist

Engage residents through a broad, creative program of activities across music, movement, theater, visual arts, nature, writing, storytelling, culinary arts, and sensory experiences; implement evidence-based practices to support group and one-on-one engagement; collaborate with volunteers, families, and staff to plan and deliver programs for residents with varied physical, cognitive, and emotional needs; develop new program ideas, prepare upcoming experiences, and create communications materials for residents and families; coordinate celebrations of holidays and rituals; create a welcoming, therapeutic environment and ensure smooth transitions before and after scheduled programs; on-site, full-time role at Splendido at Rancho Vistoso (Tucson, AZ), with weekends and special events required; requires strong communication skills, creativity, initiative, and the ability to work with residents, families, and staff to enhance community life.
