Resident Engagement Specialist

Oversee daily operations of residential amenities (basketball court, co-working lounge, pool, spa, gym), supervise and coordinate the concierge team, plan and execute resident events, manage bookings and vendor relationships, and act as a primary point of contact for residents and guests. Responsibilities include creating welcoming experiences, enforcing safety guidelines, coordinating service requests with property management, maintaining amenity quality and cleanliness, handling data and reporting on usage and satisfaction, and ensuring excellent resident service through communication, planning, and leadership.
