Job Summary
Resident Electrical Engineer to support ongoing manufacturing and new product introduction of battery energy storage systems; troubleshoot and optimize test setups, processes, and procedures to ensure product quality in production; translate designs into manufacturable systems with design for manufacturing/assembly guidance; lead or assist Design Verification Testing, PFMEA, and certification efforts (UL, CE, NFPA/NEC); develop and maintain manufacturing documentation (BoM, schematics, SLDs); work with design, manufacturing, and quality teams as on-site liaison; utilize SolidWorks Electrical or DraftSight for electrical drawings and employ test equipment (oscilloscopes, DMMs, power supplies, function generators); familiarity with PLC programming and manufacturing software, high voltage systems (1,500 VDC, 480 VAC), and manufacturing methodologies (Lean, Six Sigma). Eligible to perform duties at the PA Turtle Creek facility with travel less than 10%. Eos Energy Enterprises focuses on zinc battery energy storage systems and scalable manufacturing.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in electrical engineering
- Minimum of 2 years' experience
