Required Qualifications

- One year of experience in residential life/housing (including undergraduate experience).
- Experience and ability to interact positively with diverse student populations and groups.
- Excellent public image, written and oral communication skills.
- Demonstrated organizational and leadership skills.
- Ability to build and maintain rapport with students, staff, faculty, parents and the public.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and ability to learn new software quickly.
- Ability to perform the essential duties of the position with or without accommodations.
Desired Qualifications
- Supervision (student to student or professional)
